About Zircon Hose Co.

Built for the people who keep lines running

Zircon Hose Co. is a Chicago-based industrial supplier of hose, fittings, couplings and clamps for the trades — maintenance crews, fabricators, farms, fleets and the weekend rebuilder who wants the right part the first time.

We started the way most good supply houses start: tired of driving across town for a coupling that should have been on the shelf, and tired of ordering online only to receive a mystery part with no specs. So we built the counter we wanted to buy from — real stock, honest specifications, and someone who picks up the phone.

What we do

We stock air, water, hydraulic, coolant and washdown hose by the foot and in made-up assemblies, and we back it with the cam-and-groove, push-lock, JIC and NPT hardware that actually connects it. If you need a length crimped to your fitting spec, we build it in-house and ship it the same day whenever the parts are on the shelf.

How we work

Every hose we cut is pressure-tested before it leaves the building. Every listing shows the ID, pressure rating, temperature range and end options so you can specify with confidence. And if you are not sure what you need, we would rather spend five minutes on the phone getting it right than sell you the wrong thing twice.

Where to find us

We ship nationwide from our warehouse at 1421 W Cermak Rd, Unit 4, Chicago, IL 60608, and we welcome local pickup at the counter. Reach the team at support@zirconhoses.store — we are here Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central.

Why we stock the way we do

A supply house lives or dies by whether the part is actually on the shelf. We would rather carry deep stock in the fittings, clamps and hose that people reorder every week than pad a catalog with slow-moving oddities we cannot ship. When you order a size, it is because we keep it — and when we are low, we say so instead of quietly backordering you.

Made-up assemblies, done right

Cut-and-crimp is where most hose problems start and where we spend the most care. We cut square, we crimp to the fitting manufacturer’s die and pressure spec, and we test before it ships. If you send us a sample or a spec, we match it. It is slower than pulling a pre-pack off a peg, and it is the reason our assemblies do not weep at the ferrule six weeks later.

Who we serve

Our customers are maintenance departments, fabrication shops, farms and ranches, marine yards, mobile mechanics and serious DIY rebuilders. The common thread is that they need the right industrial part, specified honestly, shipped fast. That is the whole business.
