Do you cut hose to length?
Yes. Most of our bulk hose is sold by the foot and we cut to your length. Crimped assemblies with your choice of JIC or NPT ends are built in-house and ship the same day when the hose and fittings are in stock.
Can I order a custom assembly?
Absolutely. Email us the hose type, length and both end fittings and we will confirm the build and price before charging anything.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and reorder faster.
Shipping
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central on a business day ship the same day. Ground transit from Chicago is typically 1–5 business days depending on your region.
Do you offer freight for reels?
Yes. Full reels and heavy assemblies ship LTL freight, quoted by weight and destination. We will confirm the freight cost before releasing the order.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes, select Local Pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is staged at our Chicago counter.
Returns
What is your return window?
Unused stock items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days with an RMA number. Cut-to-length hose and custom assemblies are made to order and are not returnable.
Who pays return shipping?
You do, unless the return is our error or the item is defective, in which case we send a prepaid label.
Products & payment
Are your pressure ratings accurate?
The ratings we list are the manufacturer’s maximums under stated conditions. You are responsible for selecting a part with the right margin for your application — ask us if you are unsure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure encrypted checkout. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
How do I care for my hose?
Store hose out of direct sun, avoid tight bends below the rated radius, and flush chemical or fuel lines before storage. Replace any hose showing cracks, blisters or exposed reinforcement.
