Agreement to terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of zirconhoses.store and any purchase you make from Zircon Hose Co. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Last updated: August 27, 2026.
Products, descriptions and pricing
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including specifications, pressure ratings and materials. Photographs are representative; actual color and appearance may vary. We reserve the right to correct errors in descriptions, pressure ratings or pricing, and to change specifications as manufacturers revise them.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of shipping and any applicable taxes, which are added at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
Fitness for purpose and pressure ratings
Our products are industrial components. Pressure ratings, temperature ranges and chemical-compatibility notes are supplied by the manufacturer and are maximums under stated conditions, not recommendations for your specific application. You are responsible for selecting the correct hose, fitting, clamp and assembly method for your system, for installing it competently, and for observing all safety margins and regulations that apply to your work. If you are unsure, contact us before you buy and we will help you specify the right part.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation, and a contract is formed at that point. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing error — and if we do we refund any payment taken.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Title to goods passes to you on full payment; risk passes on delivery to the carrier.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, both incorporated into these terms by reference. Products carry only the warranty offered by their manufacturer, plus your statutory rights.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zircon Hose Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, downtime or property damage, arising from the use or misuse of a product or from an incorrect selection or installation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos and layout — is owned by or licensed to Zircon Hose Co. and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect when you order is the one that applies. Questions can be sent to support@zirconhoses.store.
Accounts and site conduct
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, no interfering with its operation, no attempting to access other customers’ data, and no using the store to purchase for unlawful resale or export in violation of U.S. law.
We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms, and we may refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Taxes and resale
Prices shown do not include sales tax. Illinois and applicable destination taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. If you are a tax-exempt reseller, contact us with a valid resale or exemption certificate before ordering and we will set your account up for exempt purchasing; we cannot refund tax already collected without a valid certificate on file.
Backorders and substitutions
Occasionally a manufacturer changes a part number, revises a specification, or a stock item sells out between your order and our pick. When that happens we contact you before shipping to offer an equivalent substitution, a backorder with an estimated date, or a full refund of the affected line. We never substitute a materially different part without your approval.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, supplier shortages, severe weather, labor actions, or acts of government.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. These terms, together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies, are the entire agreement between you and Zircon Hose Co. regarding your use of the site and supersede any prior understanding.
