This Privacy Policy explains what information Zircon Hose Co. (“we”, “us”) collects when you use zirconhoses.store, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. Last updated: August 27, 2026.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us when you create an account, place an order, or contact us: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and order details. Payment card details are entered on a secure, encrypted payment form and are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you view, through cookies and similar technologies. This helps the store function, keeps your cart working, and lets us understand which products and pages are useful.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and ship your orders, provide customer support, send order and shipping confirmations, prevent fraud, comply with our legal and tax obligations, and — only if you have opted in — send occasional product news. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use strictly necessary cookies to run the cart and checkout, and optional analytics cookies to measure site performance. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent checkout from working.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only with the service providers that make the store run — our hosting provider, payment processor, and shipping carriers — and only to the extent they need it to perform their service. These providers are bound to protect your information and use it only for the service they provide to us. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
Data retention and security
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill the order and to meet accounting, tax and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them. We protect your information with TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable providers; no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing at any time. To make a request, email support@zirconhoses.store and we will respond within a reasonable time after verifying your identity. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email.
Children
Our store is intended for business and adult consumers and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes and contact

Payment security
When you pay, your card details are entered directly into an encrypted payment field served by our payment processor and are transmitted to them over a secure connection. We never see or store your full card number, expiry or security code on our own servers. Our processor is a PCI-DSS compliant provider whose sole role is to authorize and settle your payment.
Marketing and communications
Transactional emails — order confirmations, shipping notices, and replies to your questions — are part of the service and are sent whenever you order or contact us. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in, and every one contains an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. We do not share your email with third-party marketers.
Analytics and third-party technologies
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are visited and how the store performs. Where a third-party analytics or advertising technology is used, it is configured to minimize the data it receives, and you can opt out through your browser’s cookie controls or standard opt-out mechanisms. We do not sell personal information and we do not permit our providers to use your data for their own purposes.
International visitors
Our store is operated from the United States and your information is processed here. If you visit from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for that transfer.

We will verify your identity, respond within the time your jurisdiction requires, and — if you are not satisfied — tell you how to escalate to the relevant data-protection authority.
